QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• 1-3 years of experience in Java/C#.NET technologies
• Strong experience in
o JavaScript, JS Frameworks, HTML 5, Responsive Design / Development,
MV* frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience of full software development life cycle on at least one project including requirements, design, development, verification & validation & qualification.
• Thorough understanding of software design principles, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts with strong problem solving skills and debugging skills.
• Sound Knowledge with process frameworks (e.g CMMI) including requirements management, defect tracking, build management, change management, and configuration management tools
• Responsible for understanding project scope and continuously manage the expectations of internal and external customers.
• Problem solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers
• A high degree of aptitude, creativity, and self-direction is required. Work to tight deadlines
• Innovative mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication
