Experience & Qualifications
1. 0-2 yrs of hands-on Development Experience
2. B.E. or B.Tech. (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
Qualifications Required Experience (Competencies / Skill sets required for the role):
Strong knowledge in Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC concepts, Javascript, HTML
Strong in Database concepts (MS-SQL is preferred whereas Oracle or others are also good)
Good understanding of concepts like concurrency/mutual-exclusion, Java-servlets/web-server.
Proven experience and strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Good knowledge of design and development principles
Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Analyse defects and propose solutions.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
Able to prioritize and complete concurrent projects
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work as a team member
Must be able to work in an environment of constant demands and frequent interruption
